This coastal residential and recreational facility aims to create an inclusive retreat for the city. It features three layers: a separative skin, green patios, and residential spaces that interact dynamically. The project showcases varied residential volumes unified by a reflective skin that draws the city's attention. Taj by the Sea offers amenities like a gym, spa, and communal areas across over 100 livable units. Wrapped in metallic panels, the building shades an urban walkway with greenery, emphasizing sustainability through sunlight, ventilation, and landscaping. The spaces between the volumes foster connection and socialization.
